• Email address

• Phone number - this will be checked against a database to ensure you are not a time waster.

• Subject - why you are contacting me

• Preferred date and time of appointment - give a few if you are unsure

• Any health issues

• Preferred contact - whether you wish me to respond by email or phone

• Your confirmation that you agree to pay a deposit to secure your session.

• A concise breakdown of your fetishes, length of session, any likes, dislikes and limits.
